Children's Long-Term Services (CLTS)
TRE® for Children,
Teens & Caregivers
As a CLTS TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider, I work with neurodivergent children, teens and their caregivers to support emotional regulation, stress relief, and a stronger mind-body connection through this gentle, body-based practice.
Sessions are available in-person (at Haumea Yoga in Sun Prairie), in-home or virtually.

What is CLTS?
The Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program helps children with disabilities and their families through supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives. It is a home and community-based service waiver. It uses a Medicaid waiver to fund services for kids with disabilities. A waiver lets states use Medicaid to fund additional non-medical services and supports not normally offered. The CLTS Program aims to keep kids at home instead of at an institution. How TRE® Can Help
Neurodivergent kids often live with heightened nervous system activation, and traditional top-down strategies (like talk therapy or cognitive tools) might not reach the root of their dysregulation. TRE® is bottom-up—it addresses the body’s innate stress-response system, helping kids feel safer, calmer, and more connected.
